Billionaire Tesla CEO Elon Musk (and richest person in the world) will become the new owner of Twitter after the social media company accepted his bid to buy the platform. He'll pay more than $40 Billion dollars in cash. Musk will own the platform personally and none of his other companies are involved in the deal.
