A man has been living under a mall staircase in China for over six months… and security just realized it.
We’re not talking lying on the ground with nothing.
The man had a small desk, an office chair, and a sleeping tent in his space.
He used outlets to keep his phone and his laptop charged. Still, no one noticed as the guy was an expert at staying under the radar.
It turns out one security guard did notice him but gave the student a pass.
Last week another guard was not so kind and now the man has been arrested for trespassing.
Reaction on Chinese social media, where the story went viral, is mixed. Some call him a parasite while others applaud the guy for saving money on rent
