Study Reveals Americas Eat An Extra Meal A Day In Snacks

According to a new study, Americans eat an average of four meals a day with one made up entirely of junk food. The study from The Ohio State University, found that nearly a quarter of the daily calorie intake for U.S. adults is non-nutritious treats, about 500 calories.

All those snacks are typically carbs and sugars, not much in the way of protein, fiber or nutrition.
