Miranda Lambert Shows Off Husband Brendan McLoughlin (And Rescue Puppies)

Miranda Lambert doesn't show off her husband, Brendan McLoughlin, too frequently, but when the opportunity to shed light on McLoughlin and rescue puppies arose, she couldn't resist.

On Thursday (May 23), the 35-year-old country titan took to Instagram to share photos of two rescue pups named Smoke and Bandit, alongside McLoughlin. "Meet Smoke and Bandit! They showed up at the farm last week and we're bringing them to #CMAFest to get adopted. No vacancy in our Mutt Motel! #FarmLife," Lambert captioned the string of photos. "Register at MuttNation.com to join us at the #MuttNationMarch on June 6 in Nashville to save more pups like them!!"

Lambert's mission to help the canines is directly in line with her love for animals. After all, she does have a house (and accompanying farm) that sits an hour south of Nashville. Among the animals in her farm house include horses, mini horses, cats, and dogs.

Back in April, Lambert made her red carpet debut with McLoughlin at the 2019 ACM Awards. The 28-year-old model turned NYPD officer was there to support Lambert's performance for the night, as well as her two nominations. As you know, Lambert confirmed her surprise wedding to McLoughlin in mid-February when she captioned a slideshow of romantic photos on Instagram. "In honor of Valentine’s Day I wanted to share some news," she wrote. "I met the love of my life. And we got hitched! My heart is full. Thank you Brendan Mcloughlin for loving me for.... me. ❤️ #theone."
