Amy’s son wants to take a girl on a date to the movies.
He hasn’t asked the girl out on the date yet because he wanted to confirm first that Amy will drive them there. He’s also not sure if he’d have enough money to buy the ticket, popcorn, candy and drinks, which Amy agreed can add up quickly. He’s only 12-years-old, which Amy thinks is too young to go on a solo date, but she doesn't mind sitting in the theater with him and the girl while they are on their “date.” Amy hasn’t given him a definite answer yet but is considering it.
