The Pittsburgh Pirates announced on twitter Monday morning that Garth Brooks, YES that Garth Brooks, is joining the team!!!
We've seen him pull this stunt in the past with Padres and the Mets. And, now he is bringing his skills to the Buccos! His "contract" lasts for just about a week and he will join the team for workouts at spring training.
