We spent our Saturday night with our morning show guy, Bobby Bones for his Red Hoodie Comedy Tour at the Carnegie Music Hall of Homestead.
We had such a great time from beginning to end, and props to our listeners for filling up the venue...it was almost totally sold out (!!).
Mic Deestro of the Bobby Bones Show opened up with a short set. Nice guy, good jokes, and great taste in Vans. The shoe, not the vehicle.
Brandon Ray followed with a k i l l e r solo set which ended with a standing ovation (again, !!). Brandon is in Bobby Bones' Class of 2018, including other new artists like Jillian Jacqueline and Morgan Evans. He also just signed a deal with Keith Urban...evidence enough that you should get to know Brandon's music.
He also did a cover of Jon Pardi's "Dirt On My Boots" in the stylings of Green Day's Billie Joe Armstrong and I am still so confused as to how that hasn't been recorded and released.
Bobby's comedy set was both clean and funny. Hard to pull off, but he did such a great job. He also stayed after to meet all of the listeners, and we're so happy to support his show and to be on the #BTeam.
