2024 Polar Plunge Benefiting the Western PA Special Olympics

Every WDVE/iHeart Polar Plunge Team Member will receive:

Each WDVE/iHeart Polar Plunge Team Member will be eligible to win:

ABOUT THE SPECIAL OLYMPICS 

  • Every donation and plunge will warm the hearts of Special Olympics athletes and provide year-round services to children and adults with intellectual disabilities, ensuring that Special Olympics athletes live healthier lives and experience joy and inclusion.
  • Special Olympics offers 22 Olympic-type individual and team sports to nearly 13,000 athletes around the state. Within the Three Rivers Region area alone, Special Olympics offers 18 Olympic-type individual and team sports to more than 3,000 athletes.
  • In addition to traditional sports offerings, Special Olympics PA provides Athlete Leadership, Health screenings, and Unified Sports programs that bring individuals with and without intellectual disabilities together.
