While you might be thinking "hey this is probably my dad driving home from work last week", I can tell you that although it's hard to believe, this happened in California rather than Pittsburgh. Normally, I am always gonna be against the cyclist. We have too many bike lanes that never get used, and even when they are available, most cyclists tend to just ride in the street anyway. (Side rant, why do people on bikes get to act as motor vehicles yet they never stop at red lights or stop signs?). ANYWAY, you can be the judge here. Maybe the cyclist was at fault (was he?) but I don't think that it should warrant a guy driving circles around you.
I'll probably see this happen two or three times on my ride to work tomorrow too.
