Belmont, OH (November 17, 2016) –Jamboree In the Hills will celebrate its 42nd year July 19-22 with some of the biggest names in country music and the same great traditions that fans have come to cherish. The 2018 headliners were chosen from fan feedback to make sure we are bringing our fans who they want to see. Thursday night will kick off with fan favorites The Charlie Daniels Band, Travis Tritt, The Marshall Tucker Band and The Outlaws on Thursday, July 19. Triple threat – singer, songwriter, and musician- Toby Keith returns to the Jamboree in the Hills stage on Friday, July 20. Outlaw country artist Brantley Gilbert will rock the stage on Saturday, July 21 and Jamboree’s iconic son Neal McCoy will close out the festival on Sunday, July 22 with many more to be announced! 

Ticket sales for Jamboree in the Hills begin with a one-day only sale Thursday, November 30 from 9 a.m. - 9 p.m. ET, with exclusive deals on four-day passes and camping only. This will be a Jambo fan’s first shot at the absolute best prices on four-day passes for the low price of $185 plus fees - a purchase that will surely make a great holiday gift for any country music lover. 

Jamboree in the Hills will continue into its 42nd year with popular traditions including the famed “Redneck Run” each morning and the up-close-and-personal fan photo aisle in front of the main stage. As always, chairs and canopies will still be allowed in the upper section of the venue, and a spectacular fireworks on Friday night! Fans are encouraged to bring decorated coolers to enjoy their own beverages. There will be in and out privileges so patrons can go back to their campground throughout the weekend. The same rules will apply as in the past- no liquor or glass will be allowed in the festival area. 

Security remains a very important detail to our festival, additional security, alcohol compliance programs, and enhanced campground safety measures in 2018.

New traditions camping packages such as “Jambo-Glamping” and campsites with electric hook-ups will be available for the 2018 event.
