Luke Bryan and his wife, Caroline Bryan, shared sweet tributes to one another to celebrate their 17th anniversary on Friday (December 8). Caroline was first to post a tribute with some adorable — and funny - snapshots in a reel set to “Stuck With You,” by Huey Lewis & The News.
“Happy 17th anniversary!!!! Pretty impressive how we’ve managed to tolerate each other for so long!!! I love you! ❤️,” Caroline wrote in her caption on Instagram, tagging Luke. Instagram users gushed over the beloved couple and shared their “Happy Anniversary” wishes in the comments. Luke added a heartwarming reel of his own (his first one, he noted), set to “(I’ve Had) The Time Of My Life,” from the soundtrack of the classic late 1980s film, Dirty Dancing.
Caroline and Luke also posted heartfelt tributes to one another as they marked their “Sweet 16” milestone last year. Luke said in a tribute to his wife at that time that he’s, “loved you since the second I saw you.”
“I married my college sweetheart,” Luke previously said, per his record label. “We dated back in college and broke up for nearly six years, and while I was off doing my Nashville stuff and touring and writing songs, she was finishing getting her career kind of going. Man, we just kinda bumped into each other one night, and it was like bam, here we are married.”
Luke and Caroline tied the knot in an intimate wedding in Turks and Caicos, surrounded by just close family and friends. The “That’s My Kind Of Night” artist previously shared the hilarious photo from his wedding day that still makes him laugh because it’s “so goofy.” The photo captured Luke and Caroline grabbing one another’s butts as they stroll down the beach. Luke previously told PEOPLE: “Whenever we look at our wedding album, that one always makes us laugh — it was and still is pretty funny. Great memory.”
