Sam Hunt just dropped his second full album of new music called Southside. The country music world has been in anticipation since Hunt released Montevallo in 2014. He talked with The Bobby Bones Show on the phone sharing some details about the new album and a few fun questions.
Despite now not being the most normal of times to be dropping a new album, Hunt doesn't feel like he has any less access to his fans. He says everyone has phones and if people like it, they're going to share it with their friends over the phone. He is in self-quarantine right now with his wife and they're out in a cabin on the outskirts of town. Crazy enough, he mentioned that the two of them don't have a television in their home so during lockdown he's been watching Netflix's Tiger King on his phone, he gets out to walk the dog, and likes to ride around on his four wheeler. He says he doesn't have cabin-fever yet, but he did mention that a quarantine baby is possible.
