If you were to look in your phone right now, what would be your most-used emoji you use? Turns out some of those emojis may be aging you according to Gen Z!
Thanks to a new survey that asked Gen Z what emojis made someone look old, the thumbs-up emoji was the common emoji Gen Z agreed on made people seem old.
While it seems like the thumbs-up emoji is the easiest way to show approval, Gen Z says it can actually come off as passive-aggressive if used as someone's only response.
Here were the other emojis Gen Z said made someone look old if they used them in a conversation:
- Thumbs up
- Red love heart
- OK hand
- Tick
- Poo
- Loudly crying face
- Monkey eye cover
- Clapping hands
- Lipstick kiss mark
- Grimacing face
