The collaboration between Starbucks and Stanley sparked a buying frenzy, with high demand leading to arguments and even theft incidents at stores.
Despite their popularity, particularly for the bubblegum pink hue, Starbucks has confirmed that these tumblers will not be restocked.
The sold-out tumblers have appeared on resale markets like eBay, with asking prices in the thousands and confirmed sales in the hundreds of dollars.
There was a similar situation following the release of a limited-edition Valentine’s Day Stanley Cup at Target last year.
