An Amazon customer in India says she found a live snake in her Xbox delivery.
The woman had recently ordered an Xbox controller in the city of Bengaluru and says when she opened the box there was a live cobra stuck to the packing tape.
She shared a video of the package on X earlier this week, claiming she ordered an Xbox controller "and received a free snake with it."
She also accused Amazon of poor "transportation and warehousing hygiene."
Amazon said they were looking into the "inconvenience," and gave the woman a refund. Cobras are highly venomous.
