I really miss my middle school football days. Nothing better than throwing on the pads for a tough practice on a nice fall afternoon. I am a big believer in getting physical in football practice. It's good to work on the technique and it feels soooooo great to lay a big hit down on someone. But this....no idea what this drill even is. I can't even put together what they could be preparing for in this drill. Like picture the coach over there like "ok get in your stance and then when I blow the whistle sprint as hard as you can ant put your head down until you collide with the other guy." Its not like these players are picking up any new skills or working on their game with this stuff. I am pretty sure that every single one of these guys walked away hurt and you know this video isn't gonna sit will with people in 2018.
