As someone who lost his security deposit in college, I can respect the hell out of this move. Is it believable? Based on the video I would say yes. But I guess the real test would be whether the landlord notices the sink breaking apart after the next person moves in. I imagine if it holds for a few months, you could totally play dumb and act like you have no idea what they are talking about. Who wants to spend all that money for plumbers putty anyway?
