Apartments are expensive as hell. If you disagree, then I would consider you one of the lucky people that hasn't experienced crippling debt in their lifetime. I ain't knockin ya, in fact I am actually kind of jealous. But the people that shame others because they cant afford an apartment in 2019 are jerks. Obviously the living situation is different in every city, but a newer style efficiency apartment in any reputable part of Pittsburgh is gonna set you back anywhere between $1,200 to $1,800 a month easy.
I love this furniture idea because it really would make one of those apartments feel so much bigger. But at what cost? If I have to shell out 3 or 4 grand to get this thing, I am better off sinking my money back into those large rent payments.
